How to Get Rid of Inertia in children.

Though , there were a good number of obedient ,studious and attentive students in the class, my complete focus in the class would  drift indelibrately  to the troublesome children  . Such students always burdened my mind . At first , I was not sure how to combat  this issue.

Let me state more clearly that what I am speaking is obviously about a particular  section of students  in all our classrooms  who  live in an entirely different world- in  a world of entertainments, chit-chats, merry making ,pleasure seeking, engaged in every silly  matters, wilful  only to do what they like and never ever ready to realize that learning is  something important  for them.

 I am well aware that today’s terrible  challenge in the realm of school education is, of course, meeting these issues of the such marginalised students. In fact how to motivate and bring them to the track of learning was question  haunted me so long time and still it does..

I wonder, how  inertia has conquered and spoiled the minds of our children. As a teacher ,the  students who show zero interest in learning had been always a challenge for me too.

 May I have a loud thinking of  provisions,  I  have in mind for them

1.Teach children to dream.

 All the great educators had already spoken a million times about necessity of teaching children to dream... Parents should give dreams to their children; teachers add colours to their dreams and school gives wings to fly.
When Dreams and ambition of a child meet each other great  miracles will happen. We are here to explore its scope  at the maximum.

2.Communicate only Encouraging Words.

The children may seem ignoramus and shirk  ,yet  we have to say “ you can “ . Even if you have cent percentage presumption that they may fail , tell them ; ‘you can’.  Never say ‘you can't’ and ‘you wont ‘.  We have no right and permission to shower discouraging words. Never say  negatives  against your children. A negative remark  from a teacher had  spoiled many lives of  children all over the world. It is evident in history, many great men had written on  it .On the contrary the kindest words fell from a teacher's mouth 👄 has given a rebirth and resurrection to many of the depressed children.

 3.Divert your children   to ‘ reading habit.’

The students falls in love  with books at their elementary level, or in  early stages  of   life , will never be  backward  in  studies, their future is highly  secured.  Books will transform a student to be a perfect personality . Those who are not ready to spend the time with books  will starve  for knowledge in their academic or professional life. When reading for pleasure becomes an inevitable habit of students, they will be the best pupils with higher thoughts and wisdom

4.Help them to identify their strength and forte.

The mega issue of child is that she/he doesn’t get a chance to identify and realise  the own  talents. If  we don't find out our talents and skills , they'll will remain  within undiscovered, forever. No one in the world knows him/herself perfectly, especially children. Most of the children don't get a chance to discover their talents. Teachers can easily get in touch with them ,test and try their unique talents and guide them with  ways to improve.

5.Love your children more and more.

Consciously love children who are most in need of your motivation and support .  When a teacher takes an option for the under privileged, poor, colourless and marginalised children, the self esteem of those students will reach the sky. A student with high self esteem will never turn out to be a juvenile  delinquent anymore. Love conquers All. Hence , before educating the minds ,we should educate the hearts. Hence

6.Render them vigorous motivation.

As food is to  the body , So is Motivation to  the heart and mind. Food gives energy to the body, just the same way, motivation is the fuel to be filled in children to equip  themselves to reach their life  goals. We should fill the fuel in them if they should be  get started to run...
